Dynasty To Trade On The Toronto Stock Exchange August 2, 2007

Vancouver, BC, August 1, 2007 - Dynasty Metals & Mining Inc. (TSXV: DMM, the “Company”) is pleased to announce that its common shares will be listed for trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange, the senior equity trading market in Canada, effective at the opening of trading, Thursday, August 2, 2007. The Company will retain its current trading symbol, “DMM”.
“Graduating to the Toronto Stock Exchange marks another milestone in our corporate development,” said President and CEO, Robert Washer. “The TSX offers a more liquid market and greater national and international exposure, which should benefit our existing shareholders and help to attract new retail and institutional investors. The Company is debt-free, with 27,752,671 shares outstanding, and approximately CDN$14 million in cash.
