DYNASTY METALS ARRANGES $9.9-MILLION EQUITY FINANCING

Dynasty Metals & Mining Inc. has agreed to increase the size if its previously announced underwritten private placement by 200,000 common shares for a total of 1.2 million common shares at a price of $8.25 per share.
The corporation will pay the underwriter (Cormark Securities Inc.) a cash commission equal to 6.0 per cent of the gross proceeds of the offering and issue broker warrants to acquire up to 72,000 common shares (6.0 per cent of the offering) at a price of $8.50 per common share for a period of 12 months following the closing date.
